Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Foreword

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bears Perth, Inc.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind or ordering errors on your part

Returns, refunds and/or replacements for orders where you have changed your mind or where an ordering error was made on your part may be available subject to our discretion. Please understand that some items may be supplied on a made-to-order basis which may make them inelligible for returns, refunds and/or replacements. Faulty good returns

Freight for goods returned as a result of a manufacturer’s defect will be covered by Bears Perth, Inc. provided the cause of return is determined by us to be manufacturer’s defect. Freight will be arranged by Bears Perth, Inc. in the form of a return shipping label, provided digitally for you to print. If the cause is determined as wear and tear or operator’s negligence, then all costs associated with the freight will be borne by you.

Returns for manufacturer’s defect must be received by Bears Perth, Inc. prior to the expiration of the warranty period as listed on the customer’s invoice. Any returns after the date of warranty has expired will not be accepted by Bears Perth, Inc.

All products carry a 12 month warranty period from their date of purchase unless specified otherwise.

Faulty goods responsibilities by the retailer

Bears Perth, Inc. warrants that all goods purchased by the customer will be of merchantable quality. If the customer returns an item owing to faulty manufacture and the retailer deems the return to be due to faulty manufacture, then the retailer will have 3 options to remedy:

• Repair and return goods
• Replace goods with a new item (total warranty period will be from original purchase)
• If there is no repair or replacement option a full refund will be made by the retailer to the customer.

If any product you order arrives damaged or is not of an acceptable quality, you may have:

To have the product repaired or replaced

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that they are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Accepting the delivery from the courier means you have received the goods and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods.

Bears Perth, Inc. will not be liable for these goods once the delivery has been accepted, however if your Order arrives damaged or the goods are faulty, please contact us using the Facebook Messenger chat function of this website.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found similar goods at a cheaper price elsewhere.

We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Our refunds policy aims to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while protecting Bears Perth, Inc. from the costs incurred from delivery or postage of the returns. Any return delivery costs will be at the purchaser’s expense unless they are related to faulty or damaged goods.
