Entry to the Loton Park Tennis Club is via Bulwer Street. There are two gate entrances, only the gate furthest east (closer to the city) will be open and in use. Through the gate is the wheelchair-accessible ramp which will lead you to the main deck, where our beary friendly front-desk staff will get you signed in and ready to rub shoulders with Perth’s bear community.

Yep, catch the 41, 42, 48, 55, or 652 bus and hop off at stop 11656 which is on Lord Street just before Coolgardie Terrace. From there, it's a short 2 minute walk to the Loton Park Clubhouse.

Sure you can, there is parking along the northern side of Bulwer street, or a grass area which is also accessible via a driveway off Bulwer street. Of course, we’re going to ask you to drive safely and to consider if you’re alright to drive when leaving the event

Don’t worry, Bears Perth is a friendly social club, look for one of the friendly Bears Perth committee members wearing their Bears Perth shirt or jumper and we’ll get some introductions going. We’re usually spread out throughout the venue and at the registrations table at the front so just come up and say 'hi' and let us know that you're new.

Sure, there's a roomy disabled bathroom which you can use for changing out of work clothes into casual clothes for example, but for dress-up nights we do ask you to make clothing change preparations beforehand since private changing space is limited.

Most definitely. The deck area is accessed via an accessible-friendly ramp, and the main clubhouse is accessible via a ramp to a door on the south side. A bathroom with toilet is available for use by people with different accessibility requirements. Please note that access to grassed area which includes the designated smoking area is accessible via stairs only. Bears Perth does not use the grassed area for any part of our events with exception of the designated smoking area.

Ah yes, the most important question 😊 You’ll find our bar inside the clubhouse serving your favourite pre-mix beverages, soft drinks, and wine by the glass. Please note that there are two entries to the indoor bar area, with a wheelchair accessible entrance located on the southern side of the clubrooms.
